The Florida Multicultural District has adopted the 403(b) Ministers Retirement Plan and is ready to begin making contributions on your behalf.
To participate in this retirement plan benefit from the Florida Multicultural District:
1. Review prospectus about the available investment options:
2. Download and complete the Enrollment Form and return to our office via email, fax, or mail. If you currently have a 403(b) account established with Church Extension Plan through your church, you still need to complete this Enrollment Form.
3. CEP will notify the Florida Multicultural District that you have enrolled.
4. Once the first contribution is received, funds will be posted to your 403(b) account. If you are a new 403(b) participant, a welcome packet will be mailed to you with new details and instructions on how to create an online login.
