Churches and Ministries of the Assemblies of God can offer their pastors and ministry staff an opportunity to prepare for their retirement by making available our Life Rewards 403(b) plan. Your church or ministry will need to participate as a plan sponsor by signing a Plan Adoption Agreement. This will allow all pastors and employees of your church or ministry to start saving for their retirement through payroll deduction. Your church or ministry can also make contributions on the employees' behalf.
