Learn MoreThank you for asking us to tell you more about Partners Plus Flexible Financing Plan. Partners Plus is a ready source of low-cost financing for Assemblies of God ministry expansion. Using a unique, certificate-based approach, the plan harnesses your leadership and the strength of the congregation to help your church qualify for the lowest rates available. First, we want to meet and get acquainted with you and your ministry, review your expansion plans and discuss your financing needs. A CEP Vice President will then present the Partners Plus loan program to your board and, with their approval, to the congregation. We are always excited when we have the opportunity to illustrate how with a Partners Plus loan, financing costs are consistently lower than what traditional lenders offer. Your CEP Vice President, an ordained Assemblies of God pastor, will work specifically with your church and assist your church staff and leadership team where appropriate. Each of our Vice Presidents has several years of pastoral experience, plus specialized training in church financing and administration. Based on the amount of funding you are seeking and your goal for members participating by purchasing certificates, your leadership team sets the interest rate. Higher member participation qualifies you for better rates. Certificates are available from as little as $500 up to $5,000, so members can find their own comfort level. Members also have the option to pay the entire amount at the time of purchase or spread payments over 50 months and pay as little as $10 per month. Once the initial participation goal is met, individuals can continue
to purchase certificates, further reducing the interest rate for
the church. This allows members who are working to improve their
income to participate when the time is right for them. It also encourages
some members to purchase additional certificates along the way.
