Partners Plus Certificates

Partners Plus is a certificate-based financing program. A certificate is purchased for one price, and it matures at a higher price. By purchasing a certificate, church members and friends can participate in the ministry of their church and, at the same time, realize a monetary return on their certificate. The loan to your church is based upon the total amount of certificates purchased by members and friends of the church, coupled with other underwriting criteria.

Congregation members purchase 20-year certificates in amounts from $500 to $5,000. Certificates mature at 150% of their purchase price. Certificates may be purchased outright, or on a 50-month installment plan, for as little as $10.00 per month.
