Partners Plus Certificates

Partners Plus is a certificate-based financing program. A certificate is purchased for one price, and it matures at a higher price. By purchasing a certificate, church members and friends can participate in the ministry of their church and, at the same time, realize a monetary return on their certificate. The loan to your church is based upon the financial ability of your church to repay the loan. CEP looks at the underwriting and a financial assessment to determine the loan amount. Once that is determined, the certificate level is established.

Congregation members purchase 20-year certificates in amounts from $500 to $5,000. Certificates mature at 150% of their purchase price. Certificates may be purchased outright, or on a 50-month installment plan, for as little as $10.00 per month.
